Universal Spring Compressor kit with a safety guard to remove coll springs quickly and safety instructions for use:

Hook the spring tensions into position on the opposite side of the spring to cover as many turns as possible.

Using a spanner or impact wrench, tighten the 19mm spindle driver heads alternately.

Install the new coil spring.

Using the drive heads alternately, release the tension on the spring evenly.
